Before taking the helm at FFO, Aaron worked for one of the nation’s premier family policy councils, Center for Arizona Policy (CAP). Following his tenure at CAP, Aaron served as policy advisor in the Executive Office of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich. Among other outlets, Aaron has appeared on CNN and NBC Nightly News, and his writings have been published in the Cincinnati Enquirer, USA Today, and the Arizona Republic.
A Warren, Ohio native, Aaron met his wife Maria at Ohio University where they both graduated from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
Prior to joining First Freedom Ohio, he deployed to Iraq serving with a joint taskforce consisting of Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines. Overall, he has a combined 9 years of military service, including two tours overseas. Jeremiah currently serves in the Army Reserve as a Chaplain Assistant.
Before that, he worked as the State Director for the Ohio Chapter of Concerned Veterans for America (CVA). During his time at CVA he worked to ensure veterans have access to world class healthcare. Jeremiah led one of the most successful teams in the country and advocated for veterans on the state and federal level.
He graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministries, and is currently working on a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.
Jeremiah currently lives in North Central Ohio with his wife and four young children.
