COLUMBUS – Today First Freedom Ohio, the grassroots action partner of Citizens for Community Values, announced that Jeremiah Martin will serve in the role of executive director as the organization works to elect two conservatives in Congressional Districts 12 and 16.
As executive Director, Martin will manage the daily operations of organizing grassroots activities throughout Ohio, with a heavy focus on CD 12 and 16. Martin recently returned from a tour in Iraq. Prior to his deployment, he was the state director for the Ohio chapter of Concerned Veterans for America.
“Jeremiah brings the drive and commitment of a military veteran and the expertise and knowledge of a seasoned grassroots operative to our organization,” said Aaron Baer, President of First Freedom Ohio. “We’re excited to have his leadership and dedication to build our grassroots operation in time for the midterm elections.”
“As a veteran, a father, and an ordained minister, the principles of religious liberty, sanctity of life, and a pro-family outlook are values I hold dear. I look forward to continuing my service in this role, defending the Constitutional freedoms of all Ohioans,” said Martin.
First Freedom Ohio has already begun talking with voters in CD 12 and 16 about the pro-life and pro-family stances of Christina Hagan and Melanie Leneghan.
“Ms. Hagan and Ms. Leneghan are fighters. We need women like them in Washington D.C. today to shake up the status quo and ensure we fulfill the American promise of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all,” said Martin.
From now until the May 8th Congressional Primary, First Freedom Ohio will be knocking on doors, making phone calls, and holding events to educate voters in the 12th and 16th districts.
